This Christmas movie night DIY gift is a fun family Christmas gift idea. Fill a microwaveable popcorn popper with popcorn kernels and popcorn toppings. Supplies for this DIY Christmas Movie Night Gift:

• Microwave Popcorn Popper – such a great gift to be able to make microwave popcorn without all the additives typically found in bagged microwave popcorn.

• Popcorn and seasonings – I used this popcorn gift set. If you prefer to shop on Amazon to take advantage of the Prime Shipping, here is another similar popcorn set.

• Movie theater size candy boxes – you can pick these up at Dollar Tree, the grocery store, Walmart, Target. If you want them to fit inside the popcorn boxes, pay attention to how wide the boxes are.

• Tray to put all your gift pieces on. I picked up the tray I used at Dollar Tree.

• Paper shred – while you’re at Dollar Tree pick up some paper shred

• Popcorn ornament – totally not necessary for a family movie night but adds that final touch for a cohesive gift.

• Cellophane bag or wrap

• Red and white striped ribbon. I love how the ribbon ties in with the popcorn ornament and gift tag.

• Optional Popcorn boxes – We use these for gifts and parties all the time. You may have seen our tiki popcorn box post. Another option would be to add the movie trays!
