- Pastry Brush

Instructions:
- Lightly flour working surface. Thaw and roll out each puff pastry sheet to approximately 11×13 inches
- Preheat your oven to 350
- Spread the Nutella over one sheet of puff pastry (you may have a little Nutella left over in the jar)
- Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top of the Nutella
- Use cookie cutters to cut out fun Easter shapes like bunnies and carrots

- Place the cutout shapes onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. NOTE: I bakes the scraps left behind. They are perfect for quality control taste testing! 🙂
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. NOTE: Check during baking to make sure the shapes are still together as occasionally the tops fall off due to all the puffing. If this happens, just use tongs to place the tops back on and smoosh them down a little.
- Once cooled, use icing to decorate. I love the bunnies and carrots but you could also do egg cutouts and allow kids to decorate their Easter egg pastries.
Enjoy!
These Nutella puff pastry treats are not only delicious but also a fun addition to your Easter celebration. Happy Easter!
