Acai Bowl

(Makes two bowls)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter granola
  • 1 cup fresh fruit for topping (raspberries, banana, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Blend spinach and water. 
  2. Add banana, frozen berries, acai and ice and blend
  3. If too watery, add ice and blend. If too thick, add water and blend.
  4. Pour into bowls. Top with granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds and drizzle with honey
